For the first ten (10) days after the delivery of your order, you must report any discrepancies (in quantity or description) or damages (due to shipping or packaging). Any discrepancies reported during this time will be remedied as quickly as possible. After this period, damages will be construed as a manufacturer's warranty claim and subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Note: Mishandling and abuse of a product are typically excluded under the manufacturer's warranty and your failure to report any of the aforementioned claims/discrepancies within the ascribed period will likely result in everyone being unhappy.

Products purchased through our website are returnable within thirty days of delivery (unless otherwise accepted as a term of sale by you). All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge, provided they are returned with an R.M.A.. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new and re-sellable condition.

Products which have been mounted, installed, mishandled or abused will not be granted a credit.

All product returns must be accompanied by an R.M.A. number issued by our company.

Warranties

Unless otherwise noted, all goods we sell are new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Though warranties differ by the particular manufacturer, most are covered by a one year materials and workmanship warranty.
